This (falling apart) 1960 property was completely revamped.  It contains 28 apartments and a meeting area for residents.

A Boarding House in 1925, this property was re-done in 1996 to include 20 one bedroom apartments and a laundry facility.

Built in 1922 and completely remodeled in 1996.  A commercial kitchen, Dining room and Conference room were added.  The original “Dungeon” basement was converted to offices.
